Facilities

The Studio offers the benefit of long or short stays, as there are no set changeover days. It's fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a rural escape, the price includes tea, coffee and milk available throughout your stay plus a complimentary bowl of fruit. All bedding, towels, tea towels, kitchen cloths, toilet rolls etc. etc. are provided. Home from home we are told! Parking is FREE and directly in-front of the Studio and wi-fi is also available free of charge.

Upstairs

The sleeping area is located in the apex at the top of the Victorian spiral staircase 

• Bedroom - has zip together mattresses for 1 large double or 2 single beds – Bedding and towels provided

• Oil fired central heating

• Dimmer switch lighting over bed

• Bedside lamp  

• Blanket box

Downstairs

• Well fitted kitchen area with combination microwave oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

 Large Victorian pine wardrobe with cupboard and a set of drawers, the cupboard contains a hairdryer, a torch to visit the local village pub and some board games

• Shower room with wash-basin, WC and shaver point

• Large double sofa bed – bedding and towels provided

• Oil fired central heating

• Dining table and chairs

• Colour digital TV

• Wireless Broadband Internet

Accessibility

Applehay Studio is not suitable for anybody with mobility problems due to the spiral staircase and low ceiling height upstairs. It is not suitable for children under 8 yrs or pets.
