Self Catering Accommodation

Applehay Studio is an annex to the owner’s cottage and provides the following unique comfortable cosy accommodation;

It has an internal mezzanine with a spiral staircase, giving an open plan living accommodation. It will sleep a family of 4, but is not suitable for children under 4yrs or pets. No smoking.

Upstairs
• Bedroom - has zip together mattresses for 1 large double or 2 single beds – Bedding and towels provided
• Oil fired central heating
• Dimmer switch lighting over bed

Downstairs
• Well fitted kitchen area with combination microwave oven, electric hob, fridge, kettle and toaster.
• Shower room with wash-basin, WC and shaver point

• Large double sofa bed – bedding and towels provided

• Off road parking
• Small patio area with garden furniture – overlooking village pond
• Shared garden with owner

Prices
Weekly and weekend bookings taken. Plus last minute nightly bookings, depending on availability.

• Double occupancy £58 per night
• Single occupancy £40 per night
• Weekly bookings from £250 per week.
